Drink 1 Liter of water 1 hour before the exam so that you have a full bladder at the time of your ultrasound appointment.

A Female pelvic ultrasound assesses female reproductive organs and pelvic structures using a transabdominal ultrasound. If required, an endovaginal ultrasound will be performed.
